May be quite ambitious to see all the places listed (I got travel fatigue and so missed off a few!).

Highly recommend Mui Ne and Dalat (climb up into and descent from Dalat is stunning). Hoi An great for the clothes. Really liked Hanoi as well.

Make sure you see the Citadel in Hue and the Zoo/War Remnants Museum in HCM!
